PAYMENT METHODS
- Banktransfer
DEPOSIT AND BALANCE PAYMENT
- Deposit : 30% (50% for group reservations) of the total amount within 7days or the total amount if your arrival is within 35 days.
- Balance : at latest 35 days before arrival
If your payment is not received on time, your booking may be cancelled.
CANCELLATION FEES
- Cancellation up to 35 days before arrival: 30%
- Cancellation from 35 days until no-show: 100%
We recommend you to subscribe to a cancellation insurance.

The information and prices published are provided subject to printing errors or commissions. Texts and photographs are not contractual.
RESERVATION
The reservation of an accommodation is done on a strictly personal basis. It is forbidden to sublet or transfer your booking to someone else without prior agreement from the owner. The number of persons indicated in the contract may not be exceeded.
GROUPS
Group bookings: all bookings that include over 2 accommodation units for the same dates of stay are considered as group bookings. Group bookings are only possible outside the high season and must be requested separately.
SANITARY PASSPORT
A valid sanitary passport is legally required on our domain. Your QR-codes will be scanned on arrival. You must provide one of the following documents:
a complete vaccination schedulea negative PCR-test or a negative antigen test less than 72 hours olda COVID-19 recovery certificate at least 11 days old and less than 6 month
CANCELLATION
A travel insurance undersigned by the renting party is recommended.
In case of cancellation by the tenant, payments will be refunded according to the above cancellation policy mentioned under the reservation conditions.
In case of cancellation by the owner, payments will be refunded.
If you don’t present yourself on location within 24 hours after the contractual date of arrival, without informing the owner of the delay, the contract will be considered as cancelled and the owner can freely dispose over the accommodation.
In case of early departure for any reasons, payments will not be refunded.
In case of no or invalid sanitary passports, payments will not be refunded. In case of cancellation due to Covid-19 health measures (closed borders or lock-down), no cancellation fee will be applied; you will receive a credit note or a refund.
STAY PERIOD
During high season only weekly stays are possible from Saturday to Saturday.
Other periods: minimum 2 night stay for the lodges, minimum 3 nights for the gîtes, with daily arrivals and departures.
ARRIVAL
You will receive an information email 7 days before arrival.
Keys will be handed over from 16h to 20h. Arrival groups from 14h.
You need to report any anomaly in the rental accommodation so that it can be remedied as quickly as possible.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Upon arrival a deposit of €300 has to be handed over to the owner. For groups the deposit amount is €1500. This deposit will be returned to the renting party (after deducting any compensation costs linked to any damage observed during the final inspection) at the end of its stay or in case of early departure or events making a final check impossible, within one week after departure.
DEPARTURE
On the day of departure, the accommodation must be left before 10h. Groups and weekend stays before 17h. The owner will take care of the final cleaning but the accommodation has to be left tied up according to the house rules in the accommodations.
RESPONSIBILITY
All customers must have a third-party liability insurance policy, as well as a ‘holiday rental insurance extension’ for accommodation rentals. The owner will not accept any liability or responsibility in case of theft and in case of accidents for which the tenant is liable.
PETS
Pets are not allowed on the property. The non respect of this may prompt the owner to refuse access to the premises. The tenant has no right to refund in this case.
